My file was opened in Nov 2006, and I received the Final approval in July 2007. Throughout the period of time, AK service was beyond exceptional, professional and, most importantly, punctual. All queries were handled in less then 24 working hours. All staff were very well qualified and easily accessible. Though most of my issues were dealt online, the few time I contacted the office, all staff were cordial and extremely helpful.
