My paperwork was completed in an amazingly timely fashion - I was always very impressed by how fast and efficient this whole process was. They emailed me immediately when they received any correspondence from the Consulate and let me know what to do with the information and how to respond to the Consulates letter or requests. If I had to do this again I would definitely trust their firm to help me.
