The service provided to us was very efficient, and we were definitely very happy with it. In all fairness, all of the information and assistance provided was available in the CIC website somewhere, but quite spread out and not necessarily easy to find. An overly organized person may not need lawyers services indeed, but a "normal" person like myself, definitely will benefit from hiring A&K. They found many problems with our application that we would have not noticed ourselves. After that, the processing was incredibly fast, and not returned by the CIC a single time. I'm boarding in a week, to start my new life in Canada!
